About the PR Payment Audit and its sources

The PR Payment Audit is run by Northpine Labs LLC, a small software company. It does one narrow thing: it reads your own tax, pension and health-insurance records and checks each payment date against its deadline, the way ISA's guideline for permanent residence (永住許可) asks.

What we do

  • Read the documents you upload and list every installment and pension month with its deadline and payment date.
  • Apply the published rules: review windows per route, deadlines, the closed-day rule, the 31 March 2027 transition.
  • Answer the 7 questions of ISA's self-check sheet with the documents that support each answer.
  • Tell you which certificates are still missing and link the issuing office's own request page.

What we do not do

  • We do not prepare, fill in or submit any application, 理由書 or request form, for ISA, a city office or a pension office. That is the work of licensed 行政書士 (行政書士法 第19条) and 社会保険労務士.
  • We do not predict ISA's decision. A clean payment record is one requirement among many.
  • We never ask for your My Number. If one appears in an upload, it is blacked out before anything is stored or read.

How documents are read

Your upload is first scanned on our server for long ID numbers, which are painted over. Only the redacted page images are encrypted and stored, and only those are sent to the reading model (Anthropic's Claude API, which by default does not use API data to train its models). Every value the model reads is shown next to the part of the document it came from, and you can correct it. Uploads are deleted 7 days after your report.
