Self-serve refund when reading fails

If we could not read your documents and no report was produced, you can refund yourself in full from your order page ("Refund"), within 30 days of payment. No questions, no email needed. The button appears when every uploaded document failed to read, or none produced a single payment.

Duplicate payments

If you pay twice for the same order, the second payment is refunded automatically.

Other cases

Because the PR Payment Audit is a digital service delivered as soon as the report is built, payments are not refundable after a report has been produced. If something went wrong on our side — for example the site was unavailable, or a reading error we confirm made the report wrong — email [email protected] within 14 days of payment and we will fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.

What a refund does not change

Your uploads and report are deleted on the usual schedule, or immediately if you press "Delete everything about this order".
